Sorrel - per bunch

Bright, tangy sorrel really falls right between herb and green. It has an intense tart or citrusy flavor and can really add a delightful punch when added to salads. It can also be cooked and maintain its bright flavor, however it does break down pretty easy which makes it great to add to sauces or grains. We love mixing it in with yogurt or sour cream for a dipping sauce or with sprinkling on potatoes or eggs.
