Garlic: Green (Fresh) - per bunch

Big bunches of fresh green garlic. Resembling a large scallion these are just the young garlic bulbs before they mature and dry out. Only around for a few weeks don't miss out on this flavor! The flavor is fresher slightly milder and sweeter than mature garlic cloves. Substitute for garlic in any recipe we love it diced thin into salads salad dressings sautéed in stir frys or pastas. Cut off the roots then the whole plant is edible from the white stem to the green leaves.
