Garlic: Scapes - per bunch

Gorgeous bunches of curly garlic scapes. These flowering stems from our hardneck garlic are delicious raw or cooked. Use anywhere in place of mature garlic. The flavor tends to be a bit more mild and herbal than mature garlic. These fun and delicious alliums are only around for a couple of weeks so get them while you can!  We love to use scapes in salad dressings pastas stir frys or grilled.
