2 oz bunch of fresh spearmint. This is great to add some brightness to salads or in dips like tzatziki. You can also use to make tea or that perfect summer mojito! Extend the shelf life of your mint by keeping it in a glass of water in your fridge or on your countertop (out of direct sunlight)!
