Herbs: Sage - per bunch

2 oz bunches of fresh aromatic sage. This is a great herb added to sautéed or roasted veggies. It's also very easy to dry if you don't use it quickly, just hang the bunch in a well ventilated space out of direct sunlight or lay the leaves on a rack and set your oven at it's lowest setting. Once they are crisp to the touch, you can crumble and store!
