Shallot: per pound

Fully cured, big individual bulbs of shallots. Incredible flavor. We love to slice and sauté these in any dish. Also since they have a more mild flavor than onions you can chop finely and enjoy raw in a salad or sauce. Will keep for several months in a dark, cool place like your pantry.
