Winter Squash: Butternut - 2 lb.

Incredibly sweet and nutty Butternut squashes sold in two pound increments. Each 2 pounds will be 1-2 squash. Thicker skin means you should peel and cube these before roasting or cut in half. Seeds are delicious roasted up as well for a snack!
